Phoenix Holdings is an active Angel Investment company based out of Orlando City and has invested over $10 million in entrepreneurial ventures. In the aggregate, Phoenix Holdings typically invests $25,000 to $500,000 in a given seed/early-stage company's initial round, participate in follow-on rounds, and syndicate deals with Angel group partners and VCs. Owing to the diverse experience of the advisors, the group has gained experiences spanning from diverse sectors. The strength of the group is its ability to invest to help entrepreneurs define, track and achieve their goals, and to make introductions to customers, vendors, potential employees, and later-stage investors that can accelerate growth.

Phoenix Holdings invests as a company, with additional investment funds available as appropriate from a sidecar fund. We collaborate on due diligence but make investment decisions based on a thorough review of all information, including meeting and speaking with representatives of the company.
